We are on step closer! On July 28th 2023 we submitted our application for Regional Museum Network. With this application we begin the process in the "creation of "museum areas in the territory" of Santo Amaro do Pico.
"This is a way of preserving the legacy of Mestre José Melo and ensuring that it is passed on to new generations, thus disseminating this legacy beyond these doors," Sofia Ribeiro, Regional Secretary for Education and Cultural Affairs
